是国外的两篇教程,忘记在哪里下载的了,找东西时无意发现的,传上来供初学者体会一下建模思路

Standard ISDX Tutorials
Bike Seat tutorial

This tutorial was designed to be used with an instructor. Under licensed agreement, these tutorials may be used on an internal Intranet site. These tutorials were however designed and meant to be left behind for individual learning. The primary purpose of this tutorial is to act as a reminder for those who went through our training workshop.

+Plan
Think about re-sketching Industrial Design Sketches respecting tangency lines and four part boundaries in order to formulate your specific plan of attack. Try to use your previous three part boundary trickery.

+Bounding Box
The bounding Box is a way to make the most extremely efficient and extra ordinary robust model.

+Sketched Curve
Now Build the curve to the specifications to the left.

+Layout Curves in Style
This curve might also be a style feature. Since we are practicing ISDX use your new tool for this feature. This layout curve defines the underbelly of the seat. In this screen capture, the bounding box is layered off.

+More layout curves in Style
Overall profile sketched using a Superfeature inside of Pro/ENGINEER.Just curves not surfaces for this example.

+Next Step
For the next step, we will build up a three part boundary from a sweep that is trimmed back.

+Sweep
Build up a sweep feature with the start point on the front. It's trajectory comes from the curve 'also a style' feature from above. The section should be a use edge from the profile curve that is sketched on the 'FRONT' DTM.

This feature will be trimmed back after a curve is sketched right onto the surface.

+Curve On Surface
This curve is sketched right onto the surface. Notice the dialog box to the far left. The radio button selected is 'COS' which stands for 'Curve On Surface'. This is a standard function in surface modeling software programs such as Alias|Wavefront's Alias Studio and Rhino3d. Each mentioned tool has a function for 'COS' curve sketched onto a surface.

+Details
To initiate this function, simply pick the radio button for COS. The user will be promoted for a surface to sketch onto. After the designer selects the surface simply start sketching. Try using snap functions for locking to the end of the surface. Also look at tangency issues. In the case just to the left, the upper end point of the 'COS' or Curve On Surface is forced 'Normal' to the 'FRONT' DTM.

+Next
The next feature after exiting the Superfeature command, is a Pro/SURFACE trim function using the previous COS curve as a tool to cut with.

+Surface Trim using Curve
The Pro/SURFACE trim function that looks at the COS function from above.

+Layered off
The Bounding Box is layered off in this screen capture

+internal Curve
Although a bit premature, this is a good time to place in the internal curve that we will ultimately use later.

+Next
We will build up the three part boundary trickery like we did on the front for the back of the seat.

+The Sweep
Four part boundary made up in parts.

+Next
The next features are a combination of Pro/SURFACE trims and Superfeature for offsetting nominal wall and publish geometry. Most is a bit out of scope for this workshop. We do However, offer a three day workshop in this called our Pro/SURFACE level 5 workshops. Primarily dealing in import geometry, these tutorials focuses on offsetting geometry to create nominal wall instead of Shelling.

+Surface Trim
The completed Surface Trim

+Build Surfaces in Style
Four part boundary made up in parts as shown.

+Merge
The surfaces are in separate parts and now need to be merged. Do so upon exiting from the Style feature.

+Note
The surfaces by default try to remain tangent as they are built.

+Mirror the thing
Use 'Mirror Geom' to duplicate the entire product about the 'FRONT' DTM

+Merge
The two halves need merging.

+Next
Extrude or Sweep the surface as shown. Consider this choice carefully since one is more limiting while the other may leave the designer more options later down the design cycle.

+Merge
Merge the remaining surfaces.

+Solidify the thing
Feature Create Solid Use Quilt.

+Next
The next features for shelling. In many cases, surfaces like this will not shell and the designer will be forced to offset the surfaces that will offset and patch the surfaces that fill the gaps. See 'Shelling by Offset' tutorial

+Shelling
The completed shell and rounds.

+Next
Build the Master Model or Skeleton or Publish Geometry. You may choose to delete the solid and shell for building after the piece parts are split using Master or Skeleton, or Publish Geometry.

+Typical
The next features are a combination of Pro/SURFACE trims and Superfeatures for offsetting nominal wall and publish geometry. Most is a bit out of scope for this workshop. We do However, offer a three day workshop in offset surfaces for shelling called our Pro/SURFACE level 5 workshop. Primarily dealing in import geometry, these tutorials focuses on offsetting geometry to create nominal wall instead of Shelling.
